Shipping policy

Vaachi Raaj is a made-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. We also keep standard sizes in our collections ready.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
-  COD is available within India, a fee of INR 100-200/- is levied.
-  All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 7-10 business days of receiving the order. Customised orders can take up to 15-20 business days depending on the product. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
-  The shipping charges for within India is FREE for orders above INR 5000/-. A flat charge of INR 150/- is applicable as shipping for order value below INR 5000/- irrespective of the number of products bought.
- Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking/consignment number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with shipping agency’s tracking page. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days.
-  For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at vaachiraaj@gmail.com
-  If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images of the same. We will look into the matter, further.
-  In case your shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by you, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other factors, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
-  Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your name, delivery address, and contact number, to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
